Do You Rinse Conditioner Out?
The answer to this question depends on whether you are using a leave-in conditioner or a rinse-out conditioner.
If you are working with a rinse-out/traditional conditioner, you definitely need to rinse the conditioner out thoroughly to get the best results. You’ll leave the conditioner in your hair for as long as it is recommended. You will find this information on the product packaging. Usually, the directions will instruct you to leave the conditioner on between 1 and 5 minutes.
On the other hand, if you are working with a leave-in conditioner like Daily Dose, you should apply the conditioner after you shampoo your hair and condition it with your rinse-out conditioner. You’ll leave it in your hair until your next wash day.
